Before you join, know how Aviary works:

  • · It's Elliot's personal project, shared with friends and family — not a company or a commercial service.
  • · It stores your résumé, work history, and job preferences, and uses AI services to search for roles and draft application materials from them.
  • · It runs on Elliot's own server, best-effort — it can go down or misbehave, so don't make it your only job-search tool.
  • · Your data lives in your own private workspace, is never shared with other users, and is deleted completely whenever you ask.
  • · It never applies to a job for you. You review and submit every application yourself.
